dk panda silk inspiration

Already we've got several really nice new free patterns for you to try with the NEW Panda Silk DK yarn. I love the hand, the look and the zippiness of this yarn. it's gorgeous, but i can finish something quickly too. I love fingering sock yarns, but it's so nice to make gift socks or baby gifts quickly sometimes too!

All of these patterns can be found listed here DK Panda Silk Patterns and you can see more colorways here colors of Panda Silk DK

bamboozle colors!

The newest Bamboozle pattern is this gorgeous cardi in CinnamonBamboozle and the free pattern is here: lace cardi

Bamboozle is one of my favorite non-wool yarns. It's made a believer out of me - the sheen and loveliness of bamboo with the wonderful easy care of cotton - so now i know that cotton can be as much fun to knit as wool!
That's because of the wee bit of elastic, adding that nice behavior to the yarn, wee bit of memory, without being hard or weirdly stretchy.
You can see the diversity of bamboozle colors at this link; and some cute patterns here too!
This page bamboozle patterns takes you to the special free patterns for each yarn you are interested in!

Baby Burrito

There is a wonderful yarn shop in No. CA - called Purlescence - and look what one of their top patterns is!

Baby-Burrito

the yarn used is puffin, which is just amazing. i tried making a baby washcloth with it, testing it on myself after a trip through the washer/dryer and really liked it.
