the design is Inner Truth, up on the Crystal Palace Site at Inner*Truth*Scarf*Pattern and the yarn is Bunny Hop BunnyHop

it was knit by Trish, who is on Rav as Luvs2Knit, and whose blog is Luvs2Knit.
