the yarn is very yummy,

and is a fun relatively quick knit...

"Socks and More" with Crystal Palace Yarns has smashing new sock yarns: Panda Cotton & Panda Wool, Maizy, & Merino-5. [PANDA has bamboo, Maizy has corn, and coming soon is Panda Silk.] The hardest part for me is picking just 1 or 2 to use for my next project!! We plan to use this space to share pretties by many talented folks - come "Show Me Your Socks" !! P.S. Bamboozle, Bunny Hop [angora!] Taos, & Kaya are also yummers! for socks!!

Lovely! I think it's great when yarns are offered in subtly variegated shades with coordinating solids.
